Anastasia Black is the alter ego of the writing duo, Julia Templeton and Tracy Cooper-Posey. Both authors have successful careers writing under their own names, and Anastasia Black was born through an on-line collaboration from their respective pockets of the world, Washington USA and Alberta Canada.

Tracy has written national award winning romances and award winning mysteries, including Diana by the Moon, which was nominated for the Frankfurt E-book Award, and chosen by Romantic Times magazine as their top pick in October 2001. Her Sherlock Holmes mysteries have garnered critical praise and Chronicles of the Lost Years was chosen as the Sherlock Holmes Society of Western Australia's Best Pastiche.
